A composition that no one can do better than nature itself: Chestnut honey.

The sweet chestnut (Castanea sativa) was cultivated thousands of years ago, and the ancient Greeks at the latest spread the useful tree throughout the Mediterranean region. Even older is the honey, which people already used in the Stone Age.

We distill a fine distillate from it, which combines the scent of honey and chestnut blossoms. The high-proof was reduced to 38% vol. with the best mountain water, which naturally has only 1 °dH.
